Peer Support Project For Long Term Conditions
Our association has provided and still offers free well being workshops for Hackney residents. Past programmes were for long term conditions, such as Type 2 diabetes and arthritis, helping you to control diabetes and ensure you keep active and take care of your body.
Our workshops are open to all age groups. It is better to prevent a disease and keep fit. Come and gather more information on how to keep active in a supportive environment. We are currently working on providing further workshops
Since 2017, we gather together and share the atmosphere of traditional Cypriot food and reminisce. Our Luncheon Club is open three times a week, we provide affordable healthy food and transport for physically impaired individuals of our community in or near the Hackney area.
